this kid could have back / hernia problems when he gets older. As well as physical ability a lifter needs to have mental maturity, to know when he can and can't lift or manage a weight and how to go about technique.. I don't think the mind of a kid is mature enough for that. This boy may go through a lot of trail and error learning but I hope it's not at the cost of his health and fitness.
